Canva

   With Canva, you can create flashy and professional visual content that you can post on social media. They have a free version that can get most of the posts you need done, quickly and they will look amazing. 

Adobe Photoshop

   Photoshop is the most popular imaging and graphics design software available. It provides more options than Canva but will have a steeper learning curve. We use both Canva and Adobe but use which you are most comfortable with. Check out the Adobe products at Adobe.com

Adobe Spark (Post)

   Like Canva, Spark makes it easy to create captivating images and videos to share on social media. This is a great app and tool. You can create posts as you go from your phone wherever you are. Check out this cool app at your app store. Search for Adobe Spark Post. It’s a great tool.

   Social media platforms like Instagram use highly complex algorithms that will reward people who consistently post by giving them greater reach. If you post content sporadically, you are going to be losing out on the greater success you could be having. Here are some tips for how you can be consistent.

   Create a schedule for when you will publish content. Aim for scheduling your posts on the days where you see the greatest user activity.

Batch Create

   Create several posts at once, ahead of time. This makes it easier to schedule your content and automate its posting.

   Automating your posts on social media will make your life easier. You get to schedule a bunch of posts you made and have them published later on. This helps you have content published at the best times to achieve the largest reach, without you having to set an alarm to do it live. Here are some tools that can help you automate your social media posts.

   A post scheduler lets you schedule posts to get published at the times you want them to be posted.

Zoho

   Zoho is a customer relationship management (CRM) suite of software that helps automate the process of engaging with your audience. The Zoho One product has a social media calendaring system that lets you create posts and put them on the calendar to post at a later date. You can also see your post engagement right there in the program.

Hootsuite

   Hootsuite is a social media management platform that helps you keep track of and manage all your social media profiles.

   Planoly makes it easy to manage and schedule content you want to publish on Instagram. This tool is similar to Unum and we have used both.

   With Unum, you have access to tools and templates to make it easier for creating pre-planned Instagram themes. If you see some of the feeds out there that are well designed with photos that look the same and a color theme throughout, they are more than likely using a tool like Unum or Planoly.

Zapier

   Zapier helps you with managing and monitoring your social media workflow. This is an automation tool that goes way beyond automation for social media posting, but it is helpful here too.

3. Use Automation

   You don't have to take on the big world of social media on your own. You can outsource! Today, there are some great marketplaces where you can hire a social media expert, or someone to help with administrative tasks. Here are some of the best options out there.

Fiverr

   Fiverr is a marketplace where you can find freelancers who can help you with any aspect of social media marketing.

Upwork

   Upwork is similar to Fiverr, except you post a job and freelancers bid on it for a chance to work with you.

Onlinejobs.ph

   Onlinejobs.ph is a marketplace where you can find and hire affordable virtual assistants from the Philippines.

5. Repurpose Content

   It can feel overwhelming and stressful to try to figure out how you will keep coming up with amazing content. However, you can breathe a sigh of relief by knowing that you can simply repurpose content! This means that you take content from some source and change it to fit another type of media.

   You can do something like find a blog you like, modify its content, and publish it to Facebook. You can record a podcast and repurpose content from it.
